Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and neat, but the soundproofing wasn't great and I could hear conversations from the hallway clearly. Additionally, there was an extra $29 charge for parking which I found a bit pricey.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and the location was excellent, very central. The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed that the rooms were in need of a major remodel and some basic maintenance was lacking during our stay.
This hotel is located right across the street from the convention center, making it a breeze to walk downtown. The rooms were neat and clean, but could use a bit of an update. The service was fantastic, but valet parking was pricey at 40 bucks a pop. The dining options were lacking, only offering tea and coffee for grab-and-go service. Overall, a convenient location with friendly staff, although some improvements could be made.
